Roadrunner Energy Boost

1st ingredient: CARROT
Carrots are an all natural energy blast! They are an excellent source of vitamin C, including most of the B complex, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and sodium and beta-carotene. Carrots are easy to digest and cause the liver to release bile and excessive accumulated cholesterol. Carrot juice is most beneficial for improving eyesight, as well as bones and joints, and it prevents anemia, especially in young adults.

2nd ingredient: APPLE
Every person needs to add fluids to their body every day. Fresh fruit juice is a healthy way to add fluid to your diet without adding many calories. Apple juice contains Vitamin A and Vitamin C. It relieves arthritis and rheumatism pain, and also cleanses the kidneys and the liver. Phytonutrients slow the break down of bad cholesterol and therefore help prevent build up of cholesterol in the arteries.

3rd ingredient: GINGER
This beige, knobby root has a bite, a sweetness and woodsy aroma all its own. Ginger aids in healing vocal chords if you have laryngitis. It also acts as expectorant, helping rid the sinus cavities of mucus and the lungs of phlegm. The knobby bulb causes blood vessels to dilate so that at first you perspire and then feel cool. This property makes ginger a good food to ingest if you have a fever. This herb contains essential oils, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin C, choline, folic acid, inositol, manganese, panthotenic acid, silicon, and a small amount of vitamin B3. All together about 50 types of antioxidants are identified in extract of ginger root.
